Viper Networks Signs Sales and Marketing Agreement with LEDS America, Inc.
Company is already selling ECO-friendly, energy efficient LED technology products
TROY, MI -- December 21, 2011 -- Viper Networks, Inc. (Pink Sheets: VPER), is pleased to announce that the Company has recently signed an all inclusive sales and marketing agreement with LEDS America, Inc., a privately-held company headquartered in Jupiter, Florida.
Leds America has developed a breakthrough in creating an LCC- LED Cluster Chip technology light source to replace incandescent bulbs, the replacement of which is soon becoming mandatory in countries worldwide including the United States.
Current products include replacements for the popular 60W light bulbs, which are sold under the LEDS America’s brand name LED-O. The lumens output equivalent to a 60W standard bulb is replaced by a 6W Led-O, which saves 90% of the energy used currently. Combined the features will save over 90% of the energy used in standard bulb, and 50% compared to a CFL, emitting no UV light and having no mercury.
The Led-O fits all standard fixtures and lamps, is 100% recyclable, guaranteed for 50,000 hours 24/7 (over 10 yrs. in normal use), works in -40 degree temperature and is practically unbreakable and can be used with any voltage 85-265 V..
